Enclosed is DepEd Memorandum No. 152, s. 2016 re: Dissemination of the Institutional Arrangement for the Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, which disseminates the current arrangement of the Department of Education as the leading partner of the Department of Social Welfare and Development relative to 4Ps for the information and guidance of all concerned.
School Heads and designated focal persons are highly encouraged to provide full support and cooperation primarily by monitoring the enrollment and attendance of learners and in providing accurate status report on compliance of other significant information of students benefitting from the program.
Immediate dissemination of the content of this Memorandum is directed.
