Pursuant to Section 4 of the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act, qualified students in the basic education whose families are facing financial difficulties shall be provided subsidies and allowances. Further, identified beneficiaries were subjected to thorough validation, endorsed, and approved by the Government Assistance and Subsidies Program Management Office (GAS-PMO).
