Aligned with the thrust of the department to strengthen and expand the Alternative Learning System, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas through the Curriculum Implementation Division, will conduct “Division ALS Kumustahan and Year-End Accomplishment of FY 2021” on Dec. 17, 2021 at Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias, Cavite.
The Kumustahan aims to:
a. enhance the capacity of the division ALS task force, EPSA and ALS Implementers regarding ALS program and project;
b. showcase cluster accomplishments and best practices of ALS programs and projects implementation;
c. provide a venue for consultation and focus group discussion on ALS issues and concerns; and
d. encourage the development and replication of innovative, creative and indigenous literacy programs.
Participants to this activity are the Division ALS Task Force, Education Program Specialist II, ALS
Teachers, Community Learning Facilitators and Learning Facilitators.
Each cluster shall present a 3-5minute video clip/PowerPoint presentation on ALS programs and
projects with focus on (1) updates/status, (2) issues, concerns, and challenges encountered; (3)
interventions done/solutions applied; (4) accomplishments and best practices; and (5) targets and ways forward.
