Article XIV, Section 14 of the Philippine Constitution provides that the State shall foster the preservation, enrichment, and dynamic evolution of a Filipino national culture based on the principle of unity in diversity in a climate of free artistic and intellectual expression. The Department of Education (DepEd) as the education arm of the government ensures the preservation and enrichment of the culture through the establishment of chorale and dance troupes that showcase Filipino culture and tradition.
In this regard, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), will conduct the Division Cultural Workshop for Dasmarinas City Teachers Chorale and DepEd Dasmarinas Banyuhayani Dance Troupe Members on December 21, 2022, at Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Participants in this activity are the members of the DCTC and Bayuhayani. Further, participants are directed to wear workshop apparel.
