Relative to the safety and release verification of the division personnel during disasters, this office is requesting all units to submit the NAMES and CONTACT NUMBERS of all personnel to the PDO II, Mr. Miguel R. Melendres for DRRM profiling purposes. Rest assured that these personal information will be kept confidential.
The personnel profile will serve as the database of the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and this will be reviewed annually.
