In accordance with DepEd Order No. 012, s. 2020 titled Adaption of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan for School Year 2020-2021 In light of the COVID 19 Public Health Emergency, the field is hereby informed of the quarterly conduct of division monitoring and evaluation to capture the significant development, challenges and intervention undertaken by all schools relative to the implementation of the BE-LCP.
This is in keeping with the Department’s goal to continuously assist schools in addressing emerging issues and concern, needs and priorities in times of pandemic.
In this regard, the DFTAT shall monitor the first quarter implementation of BE-LCP on January 28, 2021. Enclosed in this Memorandum is a copy of the monitoring tool and the new composition of DFTATs considering the new school cluster assignment.
