Relative to the unnumbered Division Memorandum dated May 16, 2019 with the subject DPSTEA General Assembly and Election, there is a need to reschedule the election of officers of Dasmarinas II Public School Teachers and Employees Association, Inc. (DPSTEA II) on June 18, 2019, Tuesday, 1:00 PM at Dasmariñas II Central School due to the number required for a quorum that was not reached. As stated in the constitution and by-laws of the association, two-thirds majority is needed for the votes to pass.
Agenda for the meeting are the following:
a. Election of DPSTEA II Officers
b. Presentation of Financial Report of DPSTEA H School Treasurers
c. Financial Report of DPSTEA 11 Treasurer Mrs. Lilybeth Vidal
d. Submission of latest and updated DPSTEA II— Mutual Aid System (MAS) members and DPSTEA II members
