1. Pursuant to Department of Education (DepEd) Order No. 49, s. 2011 entitled Mandated Programs, Projects and Activities of the Supreme Student Government, the field is hereby informed that there will be Election of Division-Federated Supreme Student Government and Division-Federated Supreme Pupil Government on June 13, 2017, Tuesday at 1pm to 5pm in Dasmariñas National High School- Library.
2. This meeting aims to: 2.1 elect new officers for the Division-Federated Supreme Student Government; 2.2 elect new officers for the Division-Federated Supreme Pupil Government;
3. Participants to this election are Advisers and Presidents of SPG/SSG of the 40 schools in the Division.
4. Participants are advised to bring notebook, pen, and snacks.
5. Classes of SPG/SSG advisers shall be taken over through substitution of vacant teachers to avoid disruption of classes.
6. Attached are the Programme of Activities, Activity Matrices, and Guidelines on Election.
