To ensure the safety of both the voters, school personnel and school premises for the 2016 National and Local Election, this office hereby requires all the Schools that will be used as Polling Precinct to submit the attached format showing the Electrical Condition of all rooms that will be used as precinct.
Kindly forward the hard copy of the said report in this office thru Yeka Grifaldo of SDS Office on or before April 1, 2016.
