Pursuant to Section 43 of Article IV of the Republic Act No. 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas reiterates its support in Strengthening the National Drug Education Program (NDEP) in schools with the school heads fully responsible for its effective implementation.
Therefore, all Elementary and Secondary Public Schools in the Division are instructed to establish Barkada Kontra Droga Chapters with a Teacher-Adviser in Schools under the Youth Formation Division alongside with other legitimate organizations and clubs.
