In pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 102, s. 2011 re: Establishment of the Red Cross Youth Councils and Training of Teachers in the Different Red Cross Services, the field is hereby informed that the Red Cross Youth Council will be officially established in all Elementary and Secondary Public Schools in Dasmariñas and will be under the Youth Formation Division together with other established organizations and clubs.
To be able to form a Red Cross Youth Council, there should be a Red Cross Youth Adviser who will oversee the council activities with at least 50 members. (Refer to DepEd Memo No. 222, s. 2016)
Enclosed are copies of Memoranda and the letter from (Mr.) Clifford Robin C. Gabatin, Branch Administrator, Philippine National Red Cross, Dasmariñas City Branch, dated July 31, 2017 for your perusal.
