Attached herewith is a copy of Regional Memorandum dated November 16, 2018, regarding the conduct of Evaluation, Validation, and Ocular Inspection of Private Kindergarten/ Elementary and Junior High Schools Applying for Government Recognition for SY 2018 – 2019.
In view of this, the Quality Assurance Division of the Regional Office (RO – QAD) and the division EPS/ Personnel in – charge of Private Schools, Public Schools District Supervisor and/or Public School Principal near the private school to be validated shall jointly undertake the task on November 21, 2018.
