Please be informed that the entire City of Dasmariñas was placed under Extreme Enhanced Community Quarantine (EECQ) by virtue of Executive Order No. 34-S-2020 dated April 11, 2020 issued by Hon. Jennifer Austria-Barzaga.
As defined in the executive order, an area under EECQ is the immediate area containing PUIs, PUMs, or confirmed cases of COVID-19, which may include possible COVID-19 related death or deaths and at serious risk of spreading COVID-19 within and outside of their community. As such, entry to the area shall be regulated and residents are mandated to stay inside their homes. Exempt from this measure are health workers, security and emergency personnel, uniformed personnel of the PNP and the AFP, media personnel with proper identification, LGU officials and employees of private establishments providing basic necessities and such activities related to food and medicine production including but not limited to public markets, supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, hospitals, medical clinics, pharmacies and drug stores, food preparation and delivery services, water refilling stations, manufacturing and processing plants of basic food products and medicine, banks, money transfer services and public utilities hereinafter referred to as Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR).
For DepEd personnel performing critical services and functions in the Division and schools, the guidelines provided in Division Memorandum No. 62 dated March 20, 2020 requiring issuance of Authorization for Deployment of Personnel Performing Critical Services should be strictly observed. Official vehicles, if available, shall be provided for the transportation of the deployed personnel to prevent unnecessary inconvenience and delay in travel.
