Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 19-248 entitled “Inspection of Weight and Height Measuring Instruments in Schools” and Regional Memorandum No. 19-375 re: Addendum to Regional Memorandum No. 330 s, 2019 entitled “Nutritional Assessment of All Learners (Baseline) For SY 2019-2020”, the School Health Section (SHS) will conduct a field validation to ensure the accuracy of the weight and height of Severely Wasted and Wasted Learners based on the data collected by the schools. Furthermore, Weight and Height Measurement Monitoring Tool shall be utilized.
