In an effort to provide the Central Office with the accurate and valid data to strengthen the delivery of quality basic education services through a harmonized planning system, this Division will conduct a Focus Group Discussion with the School, Heads, Guidance Counselors and concerned teachers on May 31-June 3, 2016.

FGD will be headed by Education Program Supervisors (EPS5) and Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS). Point of concentration in the gathering of data will focus on 1) Drop- out rate 2) NAT results and 3) Repeaters, all for the School Year 2014-2015.

All School Heads and Guidance Counselors are expected to prepare the following data.
