The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas – Health and Nutrition Unit hereby informed the field of the FOOD SAFETY GUIDELINES IN HANDLING SCHOOL CANTEEN.
The HNU extracted the said guidelines from the Manual of Food Safety written by Wessam Atif of Food SHAP Phil., that was made suitable for all food handlers inside the school premises.
Thus, all Canteen Managers and Food Handlers are advised to strictly comply on such.
Furthermore, it is also instructed that all School Heads shall post the said guidelines inside the canteen as a reminder not just for the food handlers but to the consumers as well.
