Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 09, s. 2021 or the Institutionalization of a Quality Management System in the Department of Education and DM -BHROD- 2021-0165 or the Implementation of the standardized Citizen/Client Satisfaction (CCSS) in the Department of Education, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas thru the Risk Management Team (RMT) shall implement the Standardized Citizen/Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) Form to gather all client feedback to ensure the continuous and seamless quality and efficient services in this Office.
