The City Government of Dasmariñas, through this Division Office, invites all officials, public schools district supervisors, education program supervisors, unit and section heads, public elementary and secondary school heads, and CDAPS Officers to the Inauguration Ceremony of the Elected Local Officials of the City on June 20, 2022, Monday, 10:00 am, at the City of Dasmariñas (COD) Arena.
CSDO Officials, PSDSs, and CDAPS Officers shall be seated at the following tables:
Table 64 – 10 seats for PSDS
Table 65 – 5 seats for Top Management; 5 seats for EPS
Table 66 – 5 seats for EPS, 5 seats for CDAPS Executive Officers
Table 67 – 10 Seats for CDAPS Board of Trustees
Ingress shall be through Gate 1 or 2 of the Arena. The rest of the attendees from the CSDO and School Heads shall be assigned at the North Bleachers. Ingress shall be through Gate 4 then proceed to the stairs to reach the bleachers. Usherettes shall assist the attendees.
Attached to this Memorandum is the list of attendees who are expected to come in smart casual attire.
