Relative to the attached DepEd Memorandum OUF-20 19-0199 dated July 26, 2019, the filed is hereby informed of the Increased Rate for PhilHealth Contributions effective FY 2019 as prescribed under Republic Act No. 11223 entitled, “An Act Instituting Universal Health Care for all Filipinos, Prescribing Reforms in the Health Care System, and Appropriating Funds Therefor,” of the “Universal Health Care Act.”
