Relative to the DRRMS- 10-28-2021-0002 Memorandum, entitled “Invitation to Participate in the Regional Climate Change Caravan 2021,” the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service (DRRMS), together with the Regional and Division Offices, will conduct a Regional Climate Change Caravan (RCCC) from 25 October to 17 November 2021 as a run-up of the 14th Global Warming and Climate Change Consciousness Week, dated 18-25 November 2021 as per the Proclamation No. 1667, s. 2008.
