With reference to DepEd Order No. 17, s. 2022 titled Guidelines on the Progressive Expansion of Face-to-Face Classes, all non-participating private schools in the face to face classes are requested to conduct an updated self-assessment using the Revised School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT) provided in
DepEd Memorandum No. 020, s. 2022 on the Dissemination of the Revised School Safety Assessment Tool for the Progressive Expansion of the Face to Face Classes to determine their level of readiness in preparation for the safe reopening of classes.
Further, compliant with Regional Memorandum dated March 11, 2022 that directs SDOs to expedite the evaluation and validation of remaining schools-nominees under the progressive expansion phase of limited face to face, this Office hereby informs the field of the scheduled on-site validation of submitted Revised School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT) on May 24, 2022. The results from the submitted revised SSAT shall serve as basis of the Division Office in providing the appropriate interventions and technical assistance to schools in addressing the critical concerns and issues that are currently present.
The validation schedule for private schools shall be conducted by the following teams composed by select SDO personnel in collaboration with the Central Inspection Unit of the LGU;
