1. With reference to the issued memorandum OSEC- NEAPOD- OM-2021-003 re: LDM Readiness Midline Assessment, and Submission Updates, the field is hereby informed on the accomplishment of Learning Delivery Modalities Readiness Assessment Tool (LDM RAT) for Quarters 2-4 (midline assessment) through bit.ly/ldmready234 on or before February 5,2021, Friday.
2. An end-line assessment tool will be deployed after the fourth grading period to help you track the LDM implementation progress you have made this school year. Data generated from the RAT (midline and end-line) will form part of the practicum portfolio and may also be used by school heads and other offices for action planning, progress monitoring, and decision-making. The tool and submission details are posted in the given link.
3. The Office of the Undersecretary for Planning, Human Resource and Organizational Development will also be issuing a memo on Regional Progress Monitoring Report on the Implementation of BE-LCP Programs which cites the provisions in items 1 and 2.
