To ensure that learning resource management and development is implemented well in the schools, the Curriculum Implementation Division through its Learning Resource Management and Development Section shall conduct monitoring and evaluation on November 12-19, 2019.
The objectives of the activity are to (1) account the LR to learner ratio based on the submitted LR situation report; (2) gather data in the needed learning resources; (3) address the issues and concerns in the development and school validation of contextualized learning materials; (4) monitor the status and
utilization of available LRs including reading areas and libraries; and (5) identify the problems in the deliveries and acceptance of LRs.
The LR monitoring team shall be composed of Leylanie V. Adao, Marites K. Chavez, Antonio P. Faustino Jr., Virgilio 0. Guevarra Jr., Rowena R. Cariaga, Ryan Ashley B. Rollan and the concerned PSDS.
As such, we would like to request all schools to prepare and submit a copy of their LR situation report, SF3, Inspection and Acceptance Reports of Science, Math, TVL Equipment and other non-text LR deliveries and other documents concerning acquisition/ donation of learning resources. Further, school heads, property custodian, LR coordinator and teacher-librarian are advised to attend the conference on the date and venue stated in the attached schedule.
