Relative to a letter received from Ms. Nesffie Jell T. Lagaman, Social Welfare Assistant of 4Ps Dasmarinas Operations Office, this Division instructs all public elementary and secondary schools to submit a list of repeater students who are Pantawid beneficiaries SY 2021-2022 using the prescribed template attached to this memorandum (Please see Enclosure No. 1).
Submission must be in soft copy format on or before July 18, 2022, through the link given below:
The data that will be gathered will be used in updating the Education Information of the Pantawid Pamilya eligible children-beneficiaries specially on the grade level field.
