DepEd Order No. 12, s. 2020 “Adoption of Learning Continuity Plan for SY 2020-2021 in the Light of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency” states that COVID-19 pandemic challenges to various sectors especially in responding to basic rights. Basic education is among the sectors heavily affected as schools and community learning centers are closed for physical conduct of classes.
