Relative to DepEd Order No.035, s.2022 titled Guidelines on Enrollment for School Year 2022-2023 in the Context of Re-Introduction of the In-Person Classes, this Office announces the conduct of monitoring activity to ensure that enhanced enrollment procedures reflective of the current health and safety situation are properly implemented. The enrollment shall begin on July 25 to August 22, 2022, and monitoring shall commence on July 26 to July 29, 2022.
Attached in this Memorandum are the list of monitors, their terms of reference and cluster assignment together with the copy of the monitoring tool.
