Relative to DepEd Order No. 058, s. 2021 titled 2021 Oplan Batik Eskwela, this Office shall conduct
the monitoring and evaluation of opening of classes for School Year 2021-2022 on September 13-17,
2021. The Division Field Technical Assistance Teammates (DFTATs) shall monitor and provide
necessary technical assistance to schools using the contextualized monitoring and evaluation tool
attached herewith.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
