Relative to DepEd Order No. 78 s. 2010 re Guidelines on the Implementation of DepEd Computerization Program (DCP), this Division through the Information and Communications Technology Unit, shall conduct monitoring and evaluation and provision for Technical Assistance on the implementation of DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) – Batches 2019-1, 2019-2, and 2019 -3, on April 26, 27, & 28, 2023 in all recipient schools in this Division.
The objectives of the activity are (1) to oversee the conduct of implementation for the newly installed DCP package; (2) to validate and monitor the utilization of the DCP package among the schools’ recipients; and (3) to generate the status report regarding the implementation of the school DCP maintenance schedule.
The monitoring team shall be composed of IT Officer Carlou A. Adao, ICT Administrative Assistant Christopher Historillo, and ICT Unit interns.
As such, we would like to request all recipients schools to prepare a copy of DCP Monitoring Report and DCP Inventory Report.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
