Attached herewith is a copy of Regional Memorandum dated February 6, 2019 re: Monitoring of the Administration of the Basic Education Exit Assessment (BEEA) for SY 2018 – 2019. The BEEA shall be administered to all Grade 12 students in public and private schools from February 13 to 14, 2019.
Relative thereto, the field is hereby informed of the regional official assigned to monitor the administration of the BEEA and the monitoring tool that will be utilized (See Enclosure in RM dated February 6, 2019).
Furthermore, all Public Schools District Supervisors are advised to monitor the readiness of their cluster prior to the conduct of the assessment. Together with the School Heads/ Principals, they shall jointly undertake the necessary measures in addressing issues and concerns relative to the conduct of
BEEA.
Prompt dissemination and compliance with the contents of this Memorandum is directed.
