Relative to the conduct of Moodle Webinar on July 21, 2020 and in preparation for the upcoming opening of classes, ALL schools shall accomplish the template for Moodle account creation which will be distributed by the respective Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs).
The template is composed of three worksheets:
1. Learners’ data- These are the data of learners who enrolled in your school whose preference in the LESF is online modality.
2. Teachers’ Data- These are the teachers’ data who will be assigned to teach in the online platform.
3. Instructional Supervisors Data- These are the data of school head, head teachers and master teachers and the assigned area to be given instructional supervision and technical assistance.
The accomplished template shall be saved with the school name as its filename (e.g. CIHS_accounts.xlsx) and be submitted to their respective District Supervisors on or before July 17, 2020.
