Relevant to the pertinent provisions of DepEd Order No. 38, s. 2005 titled Recognition of the Red Cross Youth Council as Official Co-Curricular Organizations in the Schools and DepEd Memorandum No. 84 dated May 10, 2018 titled Partnership with Philippine Red Cross for the Promotion of First Aid, Youth Development, Volunteerism, Health and Safety, Community Resilience, and the International Humanitarian Law, this Division, through the School Governance and Operations Division – Youth Formation Program, maintains a long-standing partnership with the Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter – Dasmarinas City Branch.
