This office announces the conduct of meeting and courtesy call of the BSP Cavite Council Executives, Division and Cluster BSP Coordinators, PSDSs, and Youth Formation and Development Project Development Officer on May 15, 2023, Monday, 1:00 PM at the Conference Room of the Schools Division Office.
Agenda to this meeting are the following:
a. Status of BSP Membership
b. Preparation for the Temporary BSP Council Office
c. Other Matters
Participants’ transportation cost may be charged against school local fund subject to availability and to the usual accounting and auditing procedures. School heads are further instructed to implement necessary arrangement to ensure that no classes shall be disrupted by the attendees’ participation in consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and regulations.
Concerned teachers are advised to coordinate class schedules so contact time will not be affected on the said meeting.
