The field is hereby informed of the conduct of a meeting on February 4, 2019 (Monday) 9:00 am at Bulwagang Sigasig. Participants to the meeting are the CID and SGOD Chief Education Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors and Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads. Attendance is a must.

• Schedule of Moving Up / Graduation
• Needs to be provided by the LGU (sound system and chairs)

• Polling precinct needs
• Storage of PCOS machine
• Transportation/ Vehicle

• LSB Personnel Concern
Attached here with is the request form for chairs and sound system to be accomplished by the School Head and submitted on Monday.
