Relative to the five-day Inter-Regional Post Delivery Audit and Inventory of Learning Resources in all division offices in Region IV-A on August 12-18, 2018, this Office hereby authorizes Ms. Leylanie V. Adao, Education Program Supervisor-Learning Resource Management and Development, to conduct a meeting on August 7, 2018, 9:00 AM at CSDO Conference Room in preparation to this audit.
It is anticipated that the designated auditor shall conduct random monitoring in schools hence ALL School Property Custodians are required to attend this meeting.
