This Schools Division hereby informs the field that there will be no transaction in units under Office of the Schools Division Superintendent such as Administrative Services, Records Unit, Cash Unit, Personnel Unit, Supply Unit, Budget and Accounting Unit, Legal Unit, and ICT Unit to give way on the conduct of OSDS Year-end Performance Review and Planning on December 16, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
With this, all concerned are advised that there shall be no physical transactions during the said schedule in the office. All official transactions shall proceed on alternative platforms such as, but not limited to, official online sites, onsite drop boxes, phone calls, etc.
