In relation to the mandate of DepEd Order No. 26, s. 2022 on the establishment of School Governance Council (SGC) to ensure that all public schools are able to build functional SGCs, this Office informs all Junior High Schools, Integrated High Schools, and Senior High Schools to accomplish the SGC Functionality Assessment Tool on or before November 11, 2022.

Once the link is accomplished, online validation shall follow to review discrepancies or deficiencies in the MOVs uploaded online.
