Relevant to OUA Memorandum 00-0421-0105 dated April 20, 2021 titled Registration of Qualified Student Voters to the 2022 National and Local Elections and Republic Act No. 8189 or the Voter’s Registration Act of 1996, this Division through the School Governance and Operations Division – Youth Formation Program, encourages the field particularly students eligible to vote to register for the upcoming elections as part of our civic duty and constitutional right of suffrage.
