In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 205 s.2023 dated April 13, 2023, the Budget & Finance Unit shall conduct the online encoding of budget proposals and 1st Quarter Coordination Meeting on April 26, 2023, Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Budget & Finance Office. This activity aims to provide instructions to financial staff in accomplishing the Budget Preparation (BP) Forms listed in Annex B-1 of the National Budget Memorandum No. 145 through the OSBP v2.0. Relevant issues and concerns associated with financial management
brought by the recent additional funds released by Central Office will also be discussed.
The participants to this activity are the School Accountant, Senior Bookkeepers of Implementing Units & SDO Financial Staff.
