The City Health Office I of the City of Dasmarinas conducts a bi-annual height and weight measurement of children 0-59 months old. This program aims to identify and locate families with malnourished (under- or over-nourished) children in Dasmarinas.
In line with this, all elementary private schools in the City of Dasmarinas with enrolled pupils below five (5) years old shall have a designated school representative who will be part of the Barangay Nutrition Committee (BNC). The designated school representative shall coordinate with the barangay health station located nearest their school every January and June for the height and weight measurement of their enrolled pupils less than five (5) years old. In order to have a smooth implementation of the program, all school representatives shall schedule an initial coordination this month.
