1. This Office hereby provides the field with the enclosed copy of communication received from Dasmarinas City Health Office II re: Orientation on School Based Immunization on Measles Rubella and Tetanus Diphtheria, which shall be conducted on August 11, 2016.
2. Participants to this school based orientation are parents of Grade One and Grade Seven Learners enrolled in public schools on the schedules indicated.
3. Preparations required from each school to facilitate the effective conduct of the orientation are also indicated in the communication.
