The Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS) will conduct its Performance Review for FY 2021 and Development of IPCRF for FY 2022 on December 28-29, 2021 at Gratchi’s Getaway – Tagaytay Farm Resort – Team Building Venue & Educational Retreats to review key performance indicators as stated in IPCRF/OPCRF and develop indicators and targets for FY 2022.
Attached to this memorandum is the list of participants.
In observance to standard health protocols, participants must bring their vaccination card indicating proof of being fully vaccinated as well as sanitizer or alcohol. In addition, wearing face masks and/or face shields is prescribed during the two-day activity. Participant/s experiencing flu-like symptoms must inform the organizers immediately and shall refrain from attending the activity.
