In relation to the letter of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Cavite Chapter dated November 30, 2022, the field is herein informed the conduct of the 31st Chapter Assembly on January 6, 2023 at the Isla Events and Activity Center, 344 Tamsui Avenue, Bayan Luma 2, City of Imus, Cavite from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The participants to this activity are selected school heads with accredited Red Cross Youth Councils. The objective of this endeavor is to highlight the Key Accomplishments of the Chapter over the past years. There will also be an election of the Board of Directors of the organization.
There is a registration fee of P 500.00 per participant to defray the expenses of the said activity. The registration fee of the participants shall be charged against the school local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
