Pursuant to the Memorandum issued by Assistant Secretary Atty. Salvador C. Malana III, Assistant Secretary for Procurement and Administration and Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration, dated July 11, 2022, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of a series of activities for the celebration of the International Youth Day 2022 by the Bureau of Learner Support Services – Youth Formation Division from August 8 to 12, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. via the DepEd Tayo – Youth Formation official Facebook page.
The theme for this year’s International Youth Day is “Intergenerational Solidarity: Creating a World for All Ages” and centers to these following objectives on focusing on the barriers to intergenerational solidarity such as ageism and facilitate activities in line with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG) and DepEd’s Core Values. Teacher-advisers and student-leaders are invited to this set of activities.
Enclosed to this Memorandum is the Indicative Program of the International Youth Day 2022 Celebration.
