The field is hereby informed that the tentative schedule of Independence Day Special Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) Administration will be on June 10, 2018.
In view of the foregoing, this Office provides the attached registration form for the special PEPT administration which can be reproduced and shall be provided for free for all qualified PEPT applicants.
Furthermore, the submission of duly accomplished PEPT application form together with the required documents shall be submitted by school not later than May 21, 2018 to the designated registration officers at Dasmarinas Integrated High School indicated as follows:……
