Relative to the letter from Philippine Health Insurance Corporation dated September 4, 2019 re: First National Quiz Bee for Grade 10 to 12 students, this Office instructs all Secondary Schools to send one (1) student contestant together with one (1) Teacher Coach per school for the Division Level Quiz Bee
to be held on October 11, 2019, Friday, 9:00 AM at SDO’s Bulwagang Sigasig.
Coaches are required to prepare three (3) easy questions, three (3) average questions and three (3) difficult questions with answers based on the PhilHealth Learner’s Material. Each question with answer should be typed and printed on one-half (1/2) sheet of bond paper using Verdana 16 font with Center Alignment.
