Attached is Regional Memorandum No. 730 s. 2018 entitled “ISNM Lighthouse School in CALABARZON” which stresses that the Integrated School Nutrition Model (ISNM) aims to link the school gardening, supplementary feeding and nutrition education to address malnutrition among learners. To make the implementation of the ISNM successful, it should include the establishment of Crop Museums and Lighthouse Schools. Schools that are considered part of the ISNM serve as learning sites for other schools to learn strategies and best practices in improving nutritional status of learners.
