With reference to Division Memoranda posted last December 13, 2019 and January 27, 2020 re : Seminar-Workshop on Building Communities of Practice, the field is hereby informed that the scheduled training will be postponed due to the availability of the trainers. A separate memorandum will be released for the new date of the training.
