With the end in view of fielding a strong delegation of City Division of Dasmarinas in the forthcoming Cavite Cluster Meet to be held on December 5 -7, 2018 a live- in training is currently conducted for athletes on selected events which started last November 11, 2018 — December 2, 2018 with food provision the city government and assign billeting schools for their accommodation.
Relative to this , there will also be a live – out training on November 19, 2018 – November 29,2018. Schools are encouraged to support their athletes and coaches for the provision of foods and training needs chargeable against school canteen funds and /or local school funds. Coaches are advised to secure parental consent to all their athletes and prepare training program on their respective sports events . (Please see attached sheets for your reference).
Likewise, all concerned coaches must submit their athletes’ credentials on November 21-22, 2018 from 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM at Dasmarinas Integrated High School MAPEH Department for screening. Division Screening and Accreditation Committee, In-charge in Sports for Regular (Elementary & Secondary), SPED and ALS shall be in charge for this activity. Personal interview of athletes and coaches will be done the following day, November 23, 2018 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The Cavite Cluster Screening and Accreditation Committee will convene on November 26-29, 2018, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at General Trias Memorial Elementary School bringing with them the required prescribed documents.
