This Office through the Budget and Finance Unit, will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on the Preparation and Consolidation of FY2022 Year-end Financial Reports on January 5-6, 2022 at 3rd FIr, Math Faculty Building, DIHS, Dasmarinas City, Cavite following the health and safety protocol requirements of the venue.
The activity aims to facilitate the following:
• Preparation, review and consolidation of financial reports and schedules of accounts prior to submission to its oversight agencies (DBM, COA, and Deped Regional Office);
• Reconciliation of reciprocal accounts and downloaded allotment thru Sub-. ARO; and
• Discussion of relevant issues and concerns relative to the improvement of the financial processes.
The participants to this activity are the Division Accountant, Division Budget Officer, Division Financial Staff, School Accountant and School Senior Bookkeeper. Participants are advised to bring their laptop and necessary documents for consolidation.
