Consistent to National Budget Circular No. 555 all government procuring entities must submit their Annual Procurement Plan for Common Use Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE) FY 2017.
In this regard this office will conduct a meeting on November 9, 2016, Wednesday, 1:30 pm at the conference room of the City Schools Division Office building. Participants to this meeting are the elementary and secondary school property custodians. Amongst to be discussed are the preparation of
Annual Procurement Plan 2017, mid-school year inventory and review of School Form 3. Participants must bring with them list of procured supplies for 2016 and School Form 3.
Attendance is a must. School heads shall ensure that interrupted classes of school property custodians are properly turned over to another teacher.
